Interest Rate Securities PROSPECTUS 2011 is the offer document which sets out the terms and conditions on which Progressive accepts money for investment in its securities.
PROSPECTUS 2011 was lodged with ASIC on the 16th March 2011 and has currency until 16th April 2012.

- Application for these securities must be made on an Application Form that accompanies a complete copy of this prospectus.
